The next meeting of the Council of the Hevesy György PhD School of Chemistry will take place on December 10, 2025. The Council will consider complete submissions of dissertations received by Ms. Éva Mercz on or before November 10, 2025.
The opening of the new, 2025/2026 academic year will take place in room 0.89 at 14:00 on October 2, 2025. All are welcome!
Four doctoral candidates, Mr. András Gombás, Mr. Ádám Kapdos, Mr. Gergely Laczkó, and Mr. Zhining Xu have received the prestigeous EKÖP 2025 scholarships. Two recent HKDI graduates, Mr. Attila Csomos and Mr. Máté Vörösmarty, have also received EKÖP fellowships. Congratulations to all of them and their supervisors.
Two of the doctoral candidates of HKDI, Ms. Eszter Csomay and Mr. Péter Szalai have received KDP (Cooperative Doctoral Program) 2025 scholarships, announced the first time in 2020. Congratulations to them and their supervisors and best of luck in their innovative research endeavors.
The last meeting of the Council of the Hevesy György PhD School of Chemistry took place on October 3, 2025. The Council considered complete submissions of dissertations received by Ms. Éva Mercz on or before September 4, 2025 (note that for some the stricter deadline is August 31, 2025, be careful about this).
