The ELTE Foundation for Teaching Chemistry (VOA, Vegyész Oktatásért Alapítvány) announces annually a call for the so-called Beregi Fellowship sponsored by Servier. All freshly admitted doctoral candidates of the Hevesy György PhD School of Chemistry are eligible to apply. Each year the Beregi Fellowship is awarded to an outstanding first-year doctoral candidate who holds it for a maximum of four years (48 months). The Beregi Fellowship is 140,000 and 180,000 HUF per month for the first and second 24 months of the PhD studies, respectively. For each semester during the tenure of the fellowship the recipients of the prestigious Beregi Fellowships are entitled for a bench fee of 500,000 HUF to support their research.
The application procedure is quite simple, the following package must be sent to Ms. Réka Kochis (kochis.reka.sarolt@ttk.elte.hu) by June 30 each year:
- detailed CV with a list of publications,
- a one-page detailed work plan of the research envisioned during the PhD studies.

All materials must be submitted in English. Applications in fields related to the pharmaceutical industry are treated preferentially during the selection process.

All doctoral candidates of the Hevesy György PhD School of Chemistry (HKDI) are eligible to apply. Each year the Egis Excellence Fellowship is awarded to an outstanding doctoral candidate of HKDI who holds it for a full year (12 months). The Egis Excellence Fellowship is 110,000 HUF per month. During the tenure of the fellowship the recipient of the prestigious Egis Excellence Fellowship is entitled for a bench fee of 500,000 HUF to support his/her research.
The application procedure is quite simple, the following package must be sent to Ms. Réka Kochis (kochis.reka.sarolt@ttk.elte.hu) by June 30 each year:
- detailed CV with a list of publications,
- a one-page detailed work plan of the research envisioned during the PhD studies.
